Our History

Fuller, Frost & Associates was founded in 1981 by R. Thomas Fuller, CPA and G. Rabun Frost, CPA after each partner gained many years of valuable experience with a prominent local accounting firm. From its office in Augusta, this locally owned and operated professional corporation provides a wide range of superior audit, accounting, tax and management services to some of the Southeast’s most respected organizations.

We love our community and are here to partner with and support the business community with personalized quality accounting and tax services. Principals

Thomas Fuller

G. Rabun Frost, CPA, CBM

Rabun began his career in public accounting with Henderson, Shaw & Co CPAs in 1970. Later that same year, he graduated from Augusta State University with an undergraduate degree in accounting.

Rabun acquired his CPA license in 1981, and then shortly thereafter joined with Tom Fuller, CPA to form Fuller, Frost & Associates CPAs, PC. In 2010 Rabun earned the designation of Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Rabun is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. From 1994-1996 and 1998-2000, he served on both the on-site & off-site Peer Review Committees of the Georgia Society of CPAs. He served as Director of the Augusta Chapter of the Georgia Society of CPAs from 1995-1998.

Rabun’s community involvement includes the Augusta State Alumni Association and Augusta State University Foundation. He serves on the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army and also is the chair of the organization’s Kettle Committee.

Rabun’s expertise includes accounting and auditing services for the retail, construction, manufacturing, professional service and not-for-profit industries. He also provides small business management advisory services, including fraud examinations and implementation of accounting systems.

Chris Etterlee

W. Christian Etterlee II, CPA

A native Augustan, Chris graduated from George P. Butler High School in 1995. He then attended Augusta State University, graduating summa cum laude with an undergraduate degree in finance in 1997. Chris continued his education at Augusta State University and obtained and a master of business administration in 1999 and a post-baccalaureate degree in accounting in 2001.

Chris started his career with Asset Advisors Corporation in 1996 as an administrative assistant until he joined Merry Land & Investment Company in 1998 as a staff accountant. After remaining with Merry Land through its merger with Equity Residential Properties he ventured out on his own to daytrade stocks in 2000.

In 2001 he joined Fuller, Frost & Associates, CPAs, PC becoming a shareholder of the firm in January 2009.

Chris is a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a past president of the Augusta chapter of the Georgia Society of CPAs.

Chris is active in the Uptown Kiwanis Club and is a past president of the organization; he is currently the organization’s treasurer. In 2006 he received the Young Alumnus award from Augusta State University. He is a 2007 graduate of Leadership Augusta and in 2009 he was named among “Top Ten in Ten” young professionals of the Augusta region by the Augusta Metro Chamber of Commerce. Chris currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Knox School of Accounting. Since 2011 he has been a member of the Rotary Club of Augusta. In March 2014 he was named in the inaugural group of his alma mater’s Jag 20 Award recognizing twenty alumni under the age of 40 who have made a significant impact in their career, in the community and for their university.

Chris is a loyal supporter of Augusta State University and its athletic programs and is a past president of the Jaguar Club. He is also a rabid Georgia Bulldog football fan as well as a die hard Atlanta Braves, Atlanta Falcons and Augusta Greenjackets fan.

Thomas Fuller

R. Thomas Fuller, CPA – Retired-Of Counsel

After graduating from Augusta State University in 1974 with an undergraduate degree in accounting, Tom began his career in public accounting with Henderson, Shaw & Co CPAs. While serving as a staff accountant there, he obtained his CPA license in 1976.

Tom began his own practice in 1980, partnering one year later with G. Rabun Frost, CPA to form Fuller, Frost & Associates CPAs, PC.

Tom is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, notably acting as Vice President from 1998-2000 and serving on the Board of Directors from 2002-2005. Since 2008 he has been serving as a Council Member.

Tom is very involved in the community, having served in various roles within a diverse group of organizations such as the Boy Scouts, American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, University Hospital Foundation, and the Augusta State University Alumni Association. Currently Tom is active in the Kiwanis Club of Augusta.

Tom’s expertise includes tax and financial planning, management advisory, litigation support and mergers and acquisitions.

Mark L. Davis, CPA

Mark L. Davis, CPA

Audit Manager

After graduating from Augusta State University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, Mark began his career with a local CPA firm. After obtaining over five years of accounting experience , he joined Fuller, Frost & Associates in February of 2010. In 2013 Mark obtained his Master of Accountancy from Shorter College.

Receptionist

She has over 18 years of banking experience
and has worked in several aspects of the banking world.

In her free time she enjoys serving at church. She also loves watching the Braves and Georgia Bulldogs.
